Can I get the 100 pound bag of flour please?

I got this email from my mom with a GIANT list of cookie recipes. I think it is her way of dropping a not-so-subtle hint that I should bake for the holidays. Apparantly I should consider baking for an army by the looks of this list. I have triplets, not an NFL team. So I am spreading the wealth, and unlike the Monkey Ball cake that Lesley almost set fire to her house with- these should be pretty safe. And if not- oh well, you can race me to the grocery store for the Toll House pre-portioned chocolate chip cookies. Just be careful- I will be armed with the ready made sugar cookies in a tube.

Hey, Joselle! I saw your comment and just wanted to respond where you might see it.

I would start off with Baby Signing Time Vol. 1 and 2. If you are willing to fork out the money, you might also want to get the first set of Signing Time Vol. 1-3. My kids LOVE ST, as you and everyone else who gets within a mile of my blog. The boys are now signing their alphabet, counting and signing (crudely) to 20, etc.

Just click on one of the two links on the right hand side of my blog and you will see everything they have to offer. You must have a great Speech Path! I hate when a speech pathologist says it's bad to sign, that's absolute BS!

Holy Cookie recipes! Thanks for the heads up.
I just caught Cathy's comment on here, but my kids COMPLETELY benefited from knowing how to sign. They can tell you things with their hands before their mouth knows how to say it. How can that be bad?
If you want to borrow one of my videos to check it out first, let me know.
Ans just to try to make this comment longer, (lol) if you wanted the bibs done, give me a call. My mom said she would be happy to do it for you.

Holy crap that is a LOT of recipes. When I'm feeling like Betty Crocker I'll be sure to check back and try one!!

I got the same e-mail from my mom.

I personally tend to go ALL OUT at Christmas. I buy plain sugar cookies from the store bakery and frost them with canned icing. Then I put them on a really pretty plate from the dollar store.

Presentation is everything.

Holy cow, and the combined calories of all those cookies is staggering :)

And off topic, but I LOVE the name Dominic. It sounds so timeless, so classy.
